He answered my questions, worked through the design with me and fabricated a gorgeous surround. Eric's work was fabricated on time and he was very careful on the job site when installing. Majestic Concrete Designs are handcrafted and are typically priced at a premium to other natural stones, such as marble and granite.
The actual cost is not in the concrete itself, but rather in the artisan’s time and creativity for producing unique designs, special features, transportation, and installation, tools, warehouse, etc. All expenses involved add up to the cost per square foot. However, concrete can be formed, molded, stained and polished in ways simply not achievable with any other natural stones, such as marble or granite.
